Sportswear is an increasingly competitive market with high amounts of demand. Designers and manufacturers are required to work hard to keep up with trends and continues to enhance their products to meet the requirements of the masses. We are now coming up to the busiest time of year with retail demands skyrocketing and designers raising the mark on their marketing campaigns.

One brand in particular has flown through the recession and excelled amongst its competitors. Fila Vintage has introduced a number of styles, options and items to the market from t-shirts, jackets and shorts
providing the everyday consumer with buckets of options for their cupboards. The most prominant clothing items for Fila Vintage has been there jackets and tracksuit tops. Sported by a number of well known atheletes over the years they have had some great product placement opportunities.

Fila Vintage clothing is known to be lightweight, comfortable and stylish which can be worn with almost anything. Fila are generally known to be in the sportswear market where you will see most consumers wearing their clothing in gyms or excersize based activities. More of an 80s brand Fila are still in the game and have seen many atheletes, movies stars and other entertainers sporting there wears as such.

The logo itself has become iconic over the years with so many items of clothing bearing it. There tops, tracksuits, hats, bags, shoes and much more holiding the Fila brand. Nick Love the film director has been seen many times wearing the apparel and also made it the flagship brand of one of his movies in 2009.

The product range has expanded quite largely over the years and seen t-shirts, knitwear and stylish hats put into the mix. A highly popular item within the vintage collection is the polo shirts tha they create. With a button fast collar, contrast trim on sleeves and the branding these are a great addition to a smart casual dress outfit.

Fila are in some ways known to change the style of track tops as they are not now just worn on the track they are worn casually on an everyday basis. In the 90s the Fila brand did take considerable as style demands changed and the fashion industry changed largely. Unfortunately Fila did not keep up with the times as such and made a stunning comeback when the clothing appeared in major films by Nick Love like ‘The Business’.

Fila is one brand that will live on in the sportswear industry supplying an array of products like bags, shoes, track shuits, jackets, pants tops and much more. As long as atheletes continue to sport the Fila brand it will remain popular for there array of products which are largely available around the world through retail channels and online.

Fila is an Italian brand founded in 1911 in the Italian Alps which moved to the US to allow it cover the wider market in the world. With so much experience in making quality clothing they cannot really be faulted.
