It has often been said that people come in different shapes and sizes. Other simple exercises involve chin-ups and pull-ups.



Body inversions have usually been used to rectify back problems. By hanging upside down and letting gravity pull their spine and knee cartilage towards the ground, a person is naturally aligning their back and getting rid of their back problems. What also happens is that the spine is also being stretched and over time, a person starts to notice a significant increase in height.



Nutrition is also extremely important. You need to eat right if you want to see any results. Although some studies have shown that calcium and vitamins A and D do not help in increasing the height of an adult, they all agree that they are extremely important when it comes to preserving height. This means that the older you get, your bones will still be healthy and you will not see a decrease in height.



Sleeping well will also help. While you are sleeping, the amino acids in your body stimulate the production of growth hormones, which help you to grow. Try to get around 8 hours of sleep every day.



Lastly, your posture also affects height. Poor posture increases the amount of pressure on your spine and this may make you appear shorter. You should avoid hunching as this may also cause back problems in old age. Using all the methods hear will help you grow taller naturally.
